About Tatjana Schmidt
I have a passion for water activities and swimming. Since lockdowns I found interest in the Wim Hof Method and follow this practice consistently and regularly to enhance my mental and physical wellbeing. I love cold water and have my ice bath at home. My next challenge is to go longer in colder during ice swimming and beat my own personal best.
