About Robert Polgar
2023 novemberében kezdtem ismerkedni a hidegvízzel a Dunában. Akkor az egészségre való jó hatása motívált. Aztán egy napon láttam úszni versenyz?ket a LUPA tó jéghideg vizében. Akkor eld?lt, hogy ez nekem való. Azóta a rendszeresen úszom mnden h?fokú vízben, ami az utamba kerül. 2024-t?l nyíltvizi víziment? képesítést szereztem, így akikkel együtt úszom, nagyobb biztonságban vannak mellettem.
