The belts will be produced based on the details (name, country, country flag) provided for each each belt within the order. We take no responsibility for eventual mistakes from the order form therefore we strongly recommend you double-check your order details before placing the order. Duty payments - Products delivered to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges imposed by local legislation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. Based on Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights and due to the nature of custom-designed/personalised apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless it is misprinted, material flawed, or defective. Please contact us within seven days from receipt, and we will happily arrange for a return, refund, or other commonly agreed-upon solution.
