Swim experience
I completed the Vidösternsimmet +42 in august 2025 and +21k in 2024. Of other swimming event; 20k in the French Alps, 17k across the Øresund from Copenhagen to Limhamn, 21k across Storebælt and have been swimming at competition level most of my life.

Personal bio
Born in Denmark and lives in the Swedish wilderness together with my wife - Helle Montem. I am an ultra athlete in ultra triathlon, ultra running, ultra swimrun and open water as well as extreme sports. In 2021 - 2023 I underwent one of the largest cancer operation in Sweden, with a partially new titanium skeleton and had many muscles and organs removed. Now my only ultra sport is open water swimming
