About Sharon Prahl
Dr. Sharon Williams Prahl got into Cold plunging and ice swimming to further her own health and assist others to find and use natural means to build, restore or recover their greatest natural resource, their health.
She has been helping individuals and families increase their quality of life and health through natural means for over 33 years, and loves seeing people raise their sights for their own health and functioning and taste the joy of each simple step forward. Increasing functional wellbeing as well as joy, wellbeing and connection with oneself, close family, friends and community.
