Retired Medical Professional of 40 years. Completed ocean and coldwater water survival training. Worked offshore in remote areas including Sable Island and the Beaufort Sea, North West Territories in the Oil and Gas Industry. Ex-National level competitive swimmer and Canadian record holder. Broke age group world record at Winter Swimming World Championships in Oulu, Finland 2026
