About Matthew Holland
Hi ,im Matthew. I am 15 years old and I swim competitively in South West England. I regularly pool swim with my swimming club at county , regional and welsh national level. Alongside this i love open water swimming. At the South West Open Water Championships i placed 8th out of 20 competitors and finnished with a national standard time however sadly I was unable to compete at the 2023 British National Open water Swimming Championships. Last season i began cold water swimming , swimming in rivers and lakes skins throughout winter. My coldest temperature is 1 degree for 3 minutes.
