Declaration

By submitting this application, I agree to all the required explicit conditions below. I hereby declare that

I understand and agree that for me to participate in any IISA Event, I have to follow its explicit conditions; otherwise:

1. 1. My entry will be declined
   2. I will be requested to leave the event, and my entry and results will be deleted.
   3. No refund will be awarded
   4. I will be subject to disciplinary action by IISA
   5. IISA Event Participation explicit conditions:
      1. I have never been involved in the current war between Russia and Belarus against Ukraine.
      2. I have never supported it in any way.
      3. I am not a government official or hold any official position in the sport in my country.
      4. I will not be representing my country and will not use my country's flag, anthem, or name or display it in any manner during the Event.
      5. I will follow the IISA Code of Conduct in its Constitution and the Swimming Rules and Regulations.
      6. I will not display or carry any item that indicates the country of my origin at any time during the Event.
      7. I will follow these conditions on social media with any posts relating to IISA or its Events.
      8. I will carry and use the INS flag and logo as my country of representation.
