Hello everyone,
I come from the Allgäu in Bavaria and train almost daily in Lake Constance. In Wasserburg on Lake Constance I have perfect conditions for ice swimming in winter. Cold clear water and for regeneration afterwards a warming hall, changing rooms and always someone watching over me.
I started ice swimming in 2018. Inspired by Hamza Bakircioglu and Uli Munz. I train regularly in winter, swimming 5 to 6 times a week in open water. Currently I hold the German record for the extreme ice mile with 2210m and the German record with a total of six ice miles.
I love the Ice Mile. Mentally and physically!
