World Apnea Red Sea Dive Off 1999 (3rd place in women\\\'s team Switzerland).
First in static at the 3rd Coupe des Dauphins Genève with 4\\\'02 static.
\\\"No limits\\\" training in Egypt April 2001, 50 meters deep.

Swimming from age of 4 till 11, in regular hebdomary classes in Geneva.
Swiss Scuba first certificate in 1991.
ISSS youth rescue certificate no 922072 in 1992.
Monofin courses 2 years from 2002 and 2003 in Geneva Club.
Recently:
Beginning of swimming classes in Geneva Club since 2023 in swimming pool , and Water Polo in Carouge since 2023.
Highdiving courses outdoor this summer in BdP Geneva and training outdoor in the lake with triathlon swimmers in Geneva for the freewater swimming part.
Coming soon: this September 8 days in Malcolm club in France to improve crawl and outdoor swimming (cf links below) camps (4 days Crawl, 4 days Freewater).
Muscular reinforcement and running since 2024.
Cold Swimming:
Back to swimming, mainly in cold water since 2020 on a basis of 4 to 5 time weekly (water 19°Celsius in summer and 4°Celsius in winter - swimming with no warming equipment no gloves, no hat, no silicone hat - juste bath suit and googles).
