Highdiving courses outdoor this summer in BdP Geneva and training outdoor in the lake with triathlon swimmers in Geneva for the freewater swimming part.

Cold Swimming:
Back to swimming, mainly in cold water since 2020 on a basis of 4 to 5 time weekly (water 19°Celsius in summer and 4°Celsius in winter - swimming with no warming equipment no gloves, no hat, no silicone hat - juste bath suit and googles).
