Hello 🙂 I started swimming very late, in my early 20s, but since then, I have been swimming regularly. Mostly indoors, but in 2020, everything was closed because of the lockdown. So, on 5th of december 2020, I began to swim in a nearby lake, wearing a wetsuit. It was very addictive and soon, I swam almost every day 1,5-2km. In winter 2022, I only used my wetsuit when there was ice on the lake, most of the time, I swam without. Now, in 2023, I am swimming 45 minutes in 6-7 degree cold water and my goal is the ice mile.
